For Chrome and Chrome-based browsers like Brave and Edge, visit the Chrome Web Store.
For Firefox and Firefox-based browsers, visit Firefox Add-ons.
Search for SwitchyOmega.
Click Add to Chrome or Add to Firefox, depending on your browser.
The extension icon should now appear in your browser toolbar.
Click the SwitchyOmega icon in your browser toolbar and select the desired profile. If the profile doesn't exist, click Options.
In the Profiles tab, click New Profile.
Name your profile (e.g., Home VPN, Work Network).
Choose the protocol (HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, or SOCKS5) and enter the server IP and port.
If the proxy requires authentication, enter the Username and Password.
Click Apply changes to save.
Auto switch to the proxy profile you just created.
To use a proxy, click the SwitchyOmega icon and select the desired profile.
Test the connection by visiting a website and checking if your IP address changes.
